Our client is a global consulting company founded in 200, specialized in process ans systems projects for large multinational compagnies. It is a dynamic and agile firm, focus on delivering quality to its customers whatever they are.
Our client is hiring their new Managing Director.

As a Managing Director, the main purpose of this role is to direct and control all business operations within the France Organization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage a local team of greater than 30 employees (+contractors), including the attracting, hiring, development performance management and retention of employees
  • Overall accountability and lead for all RFP and pre-sales activities for targeted accounts in France
  • Ownership and maintenance of the quality and execution of customer service level agreements and other retention strategies
  • Full P&L responsibility for the French entity
  • Research, develop and implement new customer offers to drive revenue, lower operating costs while maintain quality while delivering excellent service levels
  • Continuous monitoring of the annual business plan to ensure that revenue/sales targets are met and create and report on monthly and annual progress
  • Partner with global marketing organization to ensure local implementation of a marketing strategy to maintain market relevance and promote existing and new services to increase sales and visibility
  • Manage relationships with keys clients and maintain and develop regular and strong relationships with strategic partners
  • Ensures all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) informed of developments in line with company’s objectives
  • Promote the wellness of staff and implementing policies in-line with labor legislation and health and safety guidelines to create a diverse and positive working environment
  • Ensuring company company’s policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated and followed
  • Assessing, managing, and resolving problematic developments and situations
  • Building and enhancing the company’s public profile at events, speaking engagements, etc
  • Be an active member of the Global Senior Leadership team
  • Track record of successful team management in a major international/global consulting environment
  • Senior project management experience with hands-on operational approach
  • Significant experience from pre-sales to project delivery activities in complex large accounts
  • Solid level of knowledge in one or more of the following major enterprise software areas: Oracle, SAP, Kronos, RPA…
  • Experience in the management of senior staff, employees, and 3rd party resources
  • A high level of business awareness and acumen
  • Understanding the intricacies of financial management including pervious P&L responsibilities
